Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Council Bluffs) Three people were arrested after Deputies were called a report of suspicious activity in McClelland on Friday.

The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says Izaiah Matthew Bartu, 20, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs and Theft 1^st – Motor Vehicle Theft over $10,000. Nicole Bruton, 27, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was charged with Theft 1^st – Motor Vehicle Theft Over $10,000, Fugitive from Justice, and Providing False Identification Information. Tianna Hamilton, 27, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Theft 1^st – Motor Vehicle Theft Over $10,000.

The Sheriff’s Office also reports three teenagers were charged with Trespass and Criminal Mischief 5^th after Deputies were dispatched to the Walnut City Hall on Friday for video of an overnight criminal mischief complaint.

Michael Ryan Schoemann, 31, of Avoca, was arrested Tuesday after Deputies were dispatched to an assault. Schoemann was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1^st Offense, Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness, Burglary 1^st Degree, Carrying Weapons (armed with a knife), and Public Intoxication.

Damion Paul Leo Madsen, 22, was arrested Tuesday after Deputies were dispatched to an assault disturbance in Avoca. Madsen was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness.

Briceno Mario, 42, was arrested Saturday for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense after Deputies were dispatched to a reckless driver on Highway 6. The vehicle had wrecked at the Highway 6 and Highway 69 intersection.

Jeremy Matthew White, 29, and Matthew John White, 49, were both arrested Saturday for Operating While Intoxicated 2^nd Offense after Deputies investigated a personal injury accident in McClelland. The injured person was driven from the scene by another individual on a motorcycle. The motorcycle and injured person were later located at E Kanesville and Franks Street.

Jody Lynne Brunow, 54, was arrested Sunday for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense after Deputies located a vehicle with no lights on parked in the middle of the roadway at 130^th and 145^th Street near Crescent.

Ronald Dean Stoebe, 52, of Council Bluffs, was arrested Sunday for Operating Under the Influence 3^rd or Subsequent Offense and Driving While License Suspended or Revoked after Deputies observed a vehicle parked on the shoulder in the 38000 block of Highway 92.

Brittani Kai Hieb, 29, was cited for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1^st Offense following a traffic stop near Treynor on Sunday.

Johnny Ladwig, 58, was arrested in Council Bluffs on Sunday for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Samuel Allen Hays, 29, was arrested for Driving While Barred following a traffic stop in Avoca on Monday.

Anita Elaine Rzonca, 56, was arrested in Avoca on Monday for Harassment 3^rd Degree.

A 16-year-old male was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1^st Offense on Friday after Deputies performed a traffic stop at 375^th and Highway 92.
