(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports one arrest and two citations.
Daniel Dale Laws, 48, of Kimballton, was arrested June 5th following a traffic stop. Laws was taken to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with improper rear lamp and driving while revoked.
Austin Lee Thomas Dusenberry, 21, and Lauren Lea Pash, 18, both of Harlan, were each cited on June 7th for possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop. Dusenberry was also cited for driving while suspended.
