(Greenfield) A Greenfield man was arrested for Burglary 2nd, Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer and Interference with Official Acts.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office says 64-year-old Richard Curtis Johnson was arrested June 1st. According to the complaint, Johnson punched open a door to an apartment, entered the apartment and removed property. While being questioned about the assault, Johnson committed an assault against a peace officer and resisted the commands of a peace officer.
Johnson was released on his own recognizance following his initial appearance.
