(Red Oak) Two men face charges following a traffic stop in Red Oak.
Police stopped 49-year old David Anthony Daugherty, of Sidney for speeding. During the stop Officer’s placed Daugherty under arrest for Driving While Suspended, (11 withdrawls). Daugherty was held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $566.25 bond.
Daughtery’s passenger, 40-year old Shawn Michael Wilburn, of Shenandoah was arrested on a Page County Warrant for violation of probation on a drug charge. Wilburn is currently awaiting extradition to Page County.
