(Anita) An Atlantic man was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated following an accident at Lake Anita State Park Saturday evening.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says a 2020 Nissan Altima, driven by 55-year-old Shon Lamont Young, left the roadway on the north side of the park and struck a tree. No injuries were reported. The damage to the vehicle was estimated at $30,000.
Upon investigation, Young was arrested for OWI and taken to the Cass County Jail where he was released the following day on his own recognizance.
