Corri Pelzer

Graduate of – Atlantic High School

Extracurricular Activities – Corri ran cross country, played basketball and was the goalie for the girls soccer team. She was previously involved in swimming (freshman year) and played softball. She was part of the first softball team from Atlantic to make it to the state softball tournament.
Corri was actively involved in FFA. She held several officer positions for the Atlantic chapter and was the 2019-20 SW Iowa District Sentinel. Corri was to receive her Iowa FFA degree in Ames this spring.
Corri was also active in Student Council, NHS, AHS Fuel, the mentoring program, and was a classroom volunteer in Mr. Newberg’s 2nd grade classroom the past 2 years.

Awards – *2019 Hawkeye 10 Honorable mention for soccer (goalie)  *2x Trojan Head winner  *2019-20 team captain in basketball  *2019-20 FFA SW Iowa District Sentinel
*Iowa Degree recipient for FFA  *Honor roll student

Plans After Graduation – Corri will be attending Central College in Pella this fall. She will be majoring in Elementary Education and playing basketball for the women’s basketball team. Go Dutch!!
