(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Michael James Gregg, 47, of Council Bluffs, was arrested Wednesday after Deputies were dispatched to 490th and Highway 6 for a traffic problem. Gregg was charged with Burglary 3rd Degree, Driving While License Denied/Suspended/Canceled or Revoked, and Forgery.
Kathleen Marie Gerhardt, 45, of Oakland, was arrested following a traffic stop Wednesday and was charged with Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order.
Rogelio Hinojosa, 32, turned himself in Monday on a warrant for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order.
