(Adair Co.) A Stuart man was arrested on drug and assault charges.
The Stuart Police Department arrested 20-year-old Jaxson Timothy Blade Hall after officers were called to a domestic dispute at approximately 8:45 a.m. on April 12th. Hall was charged with Domestic Assault – Bodily Injury, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.
In other activity, the Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Michael Eugene Matherly on April 13th on two Union County warrants. Matherly was released on his own recognizance.
