(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports five arrests.
Manuel Hernandez-Munoz, 33, of Oakland, was arrested following a traffic stop on April 9th. A Deputy was driving south on 380th Street when a silver SUV passed at a high rate of speed. When the Deputy turned around to pursue the SUV, the vehicle was clocked at 97 mph in a 55 mph zone. Hernandez-Munoz was stopped at 380th and Mahogany. He was charged with Forgery, Providing False Information for Drivers License or Identification Card and Speeding.
Joseph Antonio Martinez, 36, of Neola, was arrested April 9th after the Sheriff’s Office received a report of threats. Martinez was charged with Harassment 2nd Degree – Threaten Bodily Injury.
Kaitlynn Schmidt, 26, was arrested April 10th for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense after Deputies were called to a motor vehicle accident at the one mile marker of I-680.
John Phillip Fry, 32, was arrested April 11th for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order.
Alicia Marie Maxwell, 30, turned herself in April 13th on a warrant for Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness.
