(Council Bluffs) Two people were arrested after Deputies were called to a physical disturbance Tuesday.
The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says Richard Jack Franks, 36, of Oakland, was charged with Interference with Official Acts. Kathleen Marie Gerhardt, 44, of Oakland, was charged with False Reports – 911 Call and Interference with Official Acts.
In other activity, a 17-year-old juvenile male was arrested Tuesday after Deputies were dispatched to the area of Weston Avenue and Railroad Highway for a report of a vehicle in the ditch. The juvenile was charged with Operating While Intoxicated First Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense.
Stefanie Jenell Carona, 19, was arrested Tuesday following a traffic stop at Mahogany and Old Lincoln Highway. Carona was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Danny Joe Davidson, Jr., 39, was arrested Monday following a traffic stop at North 8th Street and Avenue F in Council Bluffs for Violation of Probation.
Cam Christopher Jahnke, 30, was arrested Monday following a traffic stop at Walnut and Park Street in Oakland for Driving While Barred – Habitual Offender.
