Aleah Hermansen posted 20 points, 10 rebounds, 2 assists, and 4 steals for the 10-3 Wheelers. Jaci Christensen added 17 points, 10 boards, and 2 steals. Leah Subbert scored 12 and McKenna Petersen had a season best 11 points.
CAM 68, ACGC 57
CAM outscored ACGC 21-14 in the 3rd quarter to turn their three point halftime lead into a 50-40 advantage heading into the 4th. Allison Spieker was 7/7 from the field and scored a team high 15 points. Mallory Behnken had one of her best outings of the year with 12 points on 6/8 shooting, 9 rebounds, and 3 blocks. Sammi Jahde and Marissa Spieker each scored 11. According to Quikstats the 12-2 Cougars shot 69% from the field as a team. ACGC falls to 8-5. The Chargers were led in scoring by Alaina Bunde with 14 while Kendra Campbell and Kennedy Young each scored 10.
Atlantic 67, DM North 36
Atlantic improved to 7-7 on the season. Haley Rasmussen and McKenzie Waters each made four three-pointers. Rasmussen scored 20 points and Waters notched 16.
Boys
ACGC 72, CAM 66 (OT)
Bryce Littler put up 19 points with Quynton Younker adding 17. Younker made 7/10 shots. The Chargers made 14/20 free-throws in the 2nd half led by Miles Kading going 6/8 at the line and Eli Kading was 4/4.
Tri-Center 56, Audubon 48
Tri-Center jumped out to a 19-7 first quarter lead and held the Wheelers at arm’s reach the rest of the night. Leyton Nelson and Ethan Alfers both scored 17. Nelson added 11 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals. Zach Elliott posted 6 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 steals. Tri-Center was 5/11 from three-point range. Skyler Schultes led Audubon with 19 points on 8/13 shooting. Schultes and Marcus Olsen both connected on three shots from long range. Olsen scored 11 points and had 5 assists.
