ACGC gained separation with a 19-7 2nd quarter edge and got the bulk of their scoring from their senior starters. Quynton Younker had 21 points and 10 rebounds while Bryce Littler scored 20 points to go along with 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Littler was 10/12 at the free-throw line and the team made 21/27 at the line in the game. Eli Kading had 9 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 assists.
AHSTW 58, IKM-Manning 55
Clayton Akers led AHSTW with 15 points and 5 rebounds. Kyle Sternberg added 14 points in the comeback victory. The Vikings clawed out of a 17-4 hole at the end of the first quarter. Colten Brandt notched a game high 20 points for IKM-Manning.
Atlantic 64, Red Oak 52
Skyler Handlos led Atlantic with 29 points. The junior matched a career high as Atlantic won for the 3rd time in the last four outings. Atlantic trailed at the half, but rallied to take a one point lead going into the fourth. Nile Petersen and Grant Sturm each scored 9 points. Baylor Bergren led Red Oak with 13.
Nodaway Valley 60, SW Valley 25
Nodaway Valley shook off a slow start (17-14 lead at half) with 25 third quarter points. Toby Bower made 11/18 shots in the win and scored 27 points. Clay Hohertz pitched in 11 and Josh Baudler scored 10. Hohertz grabbed 8 rebounds along with 3 assists, 2 steals, and 1 block. Baudler had 8 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals, and 2 blocks.
Treynor 94, Audubon 33
A 33-3 3rd quarter blew the game wide open. Marcus Olsen scored 15 points and went 6/7 at the free throw line. Gavin Smith led Audubon’s rebounding chart with 7.
Underwood 51, Riverside 28
Brogan Allensworth was the lone scorer in double figures for Riverside with 12. He had six rebounds.
