(Audubon) The Audubon City Council is expected to take action at their next meeting on a permit request for ATV plows.
ATV’s are not allowed on city streets at this time-even for clearing snow- but an exemption will be considered by the council.
“Right now the city bans all ATV’s so there was a request for an exemption. The Council elected to table that.” City Clerk Joe Foran says the council will meet with the Chief of Police Matt Starmer to get more information about the matter.
