A 47-year-old Red Oak man was arrested Saturday around 2:46 p.m. The Red Oak Police Department reports that Rondy Ruby Porter of Red Oak was taken into custody on the 100 block of West Grimes street. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and is being charged with driving while license revoked, a serious misdemeanor. Porter is being held on $1000 bond.
