Nebraska Man Injured in Harrison County Motorcycle Accident

(Harrison Co.) A Nebraska man was injured in a motorcycle accident in Harrison County Sunday evening.

The Harrison County Sheriff’s Office reports 28-year-old Bendicto Garcia Sanchez was riding a 2008 Yamaha motorcycle eastbound on 296th Street, east of Upton Avenue, around 5 p.m.

Authorities say Garcia Sanchez drove around two road-closed signs and a fence before entering a washed-out section of roadway and striking the east side of the washout.

Garcia Sanchez was transported to an area hospital by Life Flight. He was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
