(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reported several arrests between August 1 and August 6.
On August 1st, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Crystal Kay Namanny, 43, of Atlantic, on the charges of OWI – 1st Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession Marijuana – 1st. Namanny was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released on bond.
On August 2nd, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Marshall Everett Harris, 21, of Anita, on the charges of OWI – 1st, Eluding – Speed 25 Over Limit and Carrying Weapon While Intoxicated. Harris was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
On August 4th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jacky Ray Walters, 39, of Davenport, on the charges of four counts of Sex Abuse 3rd Degree, Kidnapping 1st Degree, Assault with Bodily Injury and three counts of assault. Walters was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
On August 5th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Sarah Jo Porter, 30, of Cumberland, on four counts of Possession of Controlled Substances. Porter was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released on bond.
On August 5th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Boston Lee Shupe, 25, of Anita, on the charge of Possession of Marijuana – 3rd Offense. Shupe was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
On August 6th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kantauo Siwiter Mark, 46, of Atlantic, on the charge of Violation of Probation. Mark was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
