(Adair Co.) A Massena man was arrested following a traffic stop in Fontanelle on July 26th.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office says 48-year-old Brian David Krauth was charged with OWI 2nd Offense, Driving While License Denied/Revoked – OWI, Driving on the Wrong Side of a Two-Way Highway and Operation Without Registration.
Bond was set at $3,000 cash or surety. Krauth was released on bond later that day.
