(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 39-year-old Katie Marie Pierce, of Red Oak, on Thursday in the 500 block of Maple Street on a valid Montgomery County warrant for Gathering Where Controlled Substances are Used, Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd or Subsequent Offense, and Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana 3^rd or Subsequent Offense. Pierce was held on $12,000 cash or surety bond.
