(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has released information on 11 arrests made between June 30 and July 8.
On June 30, deputies arrested Martin Ray Gress, 58, of Anita, on a Cass County warrant for Violation of Sex Offender Registry – 2nd. Gress was booked into the Cass County Jail and later released on bail.
Also on June 30, Janelle Sue Tucker, 62, of Harlingen, Texas, was arrested on a charge of OWI – 1st Offense. Tucker was booked into the Cass County Jail and released on her own recognizance.
On July 1, deputies arrested Annette Rae Exman, 52, of Adair, on charges of OWI – 1st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was booked into the Cass County Jail and released on bond.
On July 3, Mason Michael Dougherty, 19, of Marne, was arrested on a charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was booked into the Cass County Jail and released on bond.
On July 5, Randall Joe Conry, 61, of Griswold, was arrested on charges of OWI – 3rd Offense, No Valid Driver’s License, and Failure to Maintain Control. Conry was booked into the Cass County Jail and held.
On July 6, Patrison Fiti, 21, of Atlantic, turned himself in on a Cass County warrant for Failure to Appear. He was booked into the Cass County Jail and held.
Also on July 6, Michael Scott Riley, 33, of Lewis, was arrested on charges of Burglary – 1st Degree and Assault on an Older Individual – 1st Offense Causing Injury. Riley was booked into the Cass County Jail and held.
Deputies also arrested Tawna Lee Parker, 47, of Atlantic, on July 6 on two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was booked into the Cass County Jail and released on bond.
Also on July 6, Sarah Jo Porter, 30, of Cumberland, was arrested on two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Porter was booked into the Cass County Jail and released on bond.
Additionally, Boston Lee Shupe, 25, of Council Bluffs, was arrested July 6 on charges of Domestic Abuse Assault – 1st Offense and Possession of Marijuana – 3rd Offense. He was booked into the Cass County Jail and released on bond.
On July 8, deputies arrested Anisia Valentina King, 25, of Omaha, Nebraska, on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana – 2nd Offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. King was booked into the Cass County Jail and held.
Criminal charges are merely accusations, and all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
