Three Arrests Reported in Mills County

(Mills Co) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.

David Osvaldo Ramirez-Biggs, 39, of Glenwood, was arrested on June 12^th for Sexual Assault – No Injury. Bond was set at $2,000.

Jessica Jo Clymer, 41, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on June 11^th for two counts of Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $40,000.

Tyler Andrew Dishman, 33, of Malvern, was arrested on June 11^th for Violation of a No Contact Order – Domestic. Bond was set at $300.
