(Cass Co,) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reported four recent arrests involving charges ranging from driving while barred and operating while intoxicated to drug possession, weapons violations, and interference with official acts.
Sores Soram, 55, of Atlantic, was arrested on May 31st on the charge of Driving While Barred. Soram was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on his own recognizance.
Shane Robert Seagler, 18, of Atlantic, was arrested on June 4th on the charge of OWI-1st Offense. Seagler was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on his own recognizance.
Aaron Lee Latus, 45, of Massena, was arrested on June 5th on a Cass County Sheriff’s Office warrant for two counts of Possession of Controlled Substance – 3rd or Subsequent Offense. During this arrest, Latus was also charged with two additional counts of Possession of Controlled Substance – 3rd or Subsequent Offense, and Possession of Firearm/Offensive Weapon/Ammunition by a Felon. Latus was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on his own
Jeremy Allan Crecelius, 40, of Wiota, was arrested on June 10th on the charges of Disorderly Conduct-Fight/Violence, and Interference with Official Acts. Crecelius was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
