(Adair Co.) The Stuart Police Department arrested 21-year-old Noe Aguilar Landeros, of Sioux City, Iowa, following a traffic stop on Saturday. He was charged with OWI 1st Offense. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety. Aguilar Landeros was then held for Department of Homeland Security/ICE on their immigration detainer.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 54-year-old Jason Edward Caldwell, of Stuart, on June 5th for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $4,000 cash or surety. He was released on bond later that day.
