(Corning) The Adams County Secondary Roads Department announced Saturday that Redwood Avenue has been closed between 110th Street and 118th Street following a culvert failure caused by a recent high-water event. The roadway will remain closed until further notice while crews assess the damage and determine necessary repairs.
