(Atlantic) Vision Atlantic announced on Facebook that there are currently five homes and two lots available for purchase at the Camblin Hills Development.
The organization has partnered with the Community Foundation for Western Iowa and the Charles E. Lakin Foundation to bring 142 new homes to the area. Camblin Hills is located conveniently close to downtown Atlantic, specifically on Olive St between 17th St and 22nd St.
In addition to building new homes, Vision Atlantic is also fundraising for a new childcare facility and expansion to the Nishna Valley YMCA. They are currently at 93% of their $39 million goal.
