Class 2A Girls Regional Golf Results: Cardinals Rasmussen & Weinreich Advance

(State Center, IA) — Taylor Rasmussen and Addy Weinreich of Clarinda had the two lowest rounds in the Class 2A Regional golf tournament on Wednesday and qualified for state.  Rasmussen shot a 77 and Weinreich a 79.  Josie Bemis of Van Meter finished 3rd with an 80 and also advanced.  Sarah Pickens of Shenandoah missed the 6th spot by two strokes shooting an 85.  Roland Story and Grundy Center were the top two teams — Clarinds was 3rd, two strokes behind Grundy Center.
