(Atlantic) Atlantic senior Corbin Ritter has committed to continue his football career at Simpson College, signing a letter of intent alongside his family and Head Football Coach Joe Brummer to compete at the collegiate level.
Ritter says Simpson College is a perfect fit for him.
Corbin Ritter, a two-year starter, contributed greatly to back-to-back winning seasons, including a playoff appearance this past fall. Ritter says playing on a winning team has taught him what it takes to work hard and always persevere.
Ritter caught 11 passes during the 2025 season for an average of 11.6 yards per catch, with his longest being 47 yards and one touchdown. Corbin is leaving Atlantic as a multi-sport athlete, which has taught him discipline and made him a good team player.
Atlantic Head Coach Joe Brummer says Simpson is getting a good one in Corbin Ritter, alluding to his multi-sport athleticism and work ethic.
Corbin is the son of Steve and Natalie Ritter. Both are very proud of him and always encourage him to follow his dream.
