(Macedonia) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 33-year-old Cody William Finney.
Finney was arrested after authorities were dispatched late Saturday night to Stone Quarry in Macedonia. He’s charged with Domestic Abuse Assault Strangulation and Assault with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. Victims include a 17-year-old male and 34-year-old female. Finney is also facing a charge of Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.
