Emergency Called to Injury Accident South of Walnut

(Walnut) Walnut Fire and Rescue responded to a single-vehicle accident in Pottawattamie County on Friday morning.

The call went out at around 8:00 a.m. for a single-vehicle accident at 51987 Pinoak Road south of Walnut. One person was transported to Cass Health in Atlantic for treatment of injuries. No other details are available.

Cass County EMS was also dispatched but called off while en route to the scene.
