(Atlantic) The Atlantic Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors today celebrated the retirement of Dianna Williams, director of the Ann Wickman Child Development Center.
Construction on the Ann Wickman Child Development Center began in 2009. Dan Haynes, executive director of the Nishna Valley YMCA, said he knew right away who he wanted to lead the center.
Haynes presented Williams with a glass plaque in appreciation of her service at the Ann Wickman Child Development Center from 2010 to 2026.
Dianna Williams will officially retire next week but will continue to spend a couple of days each week helping at the center.
Heidi Johnson will take over as the new director of the Ann Wickman Child Development Center.
