(Red Oak) A Red Oak man faces felony drug charges stemming from an ongoing investigation.
Red Oak Police arrested 37-year-old Jason Rolfe Aherns on Sunday in the 1200 block of Broadway Street for Possession with Intent to distribute a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and gathering where controlled substances are used. Authorities transported Aherns to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $10,000 bond.
