(Lee County, Iowa) Two people were killed in a single-vehicle crash in Lee County.
The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened at around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday at 1674 Green Bay Road, Wever, Iowa.
According to the report, a 2026 Lexus 400 traveling northbound on Green Bay Road crossed the centerline, entered the west ditch, struck an embankment, and came to rest in a field entrance on its’ top.
The 62-year-old driver, and 50-year-old passenger were both killed in the crash.
The Iowa State Patrol did not release the victims names.
