(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Timothy Alan Wells, 51, of Stuart, on March 15th for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Wells was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on bond.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested Kaiden Dale Jarvis Schooling, 20, of Cumberland, on March 13th for OWI 1st Offense. Schooling was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on his own recognizance.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
