(Harlan) The Harlan City Council approved a support letter for the River Access Project.
The project includes adding river access at Highway 44 near the West Nishnabotna River to enhance recreational activities. Tim Miller with the Parks Department told the City Council said this project is being funded through grants from the DOT and DNR.
The Council also approved a recommendation to sign the construction contract with Christensen Bros., Inc. for the river access project.
