(Mills Co) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports six arrests over the past week.
William Ray Dougherty, 50, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on February 9th for Possession of Marijuana 1st. Bond was set at $1,000.
Adrian Charles Bauer, 47, of Emerson, was arrested on February 10th for Assault with Intent – Serious Injury. Bond was set at $2,000.
Jason Allan Schultz, 51, of Glenwood, was arrested on February 10th for Assault with Bodily Injury. He was held on no bond.
Patrick Clayton Giesting, 32, of Malvern, was arrested on February 10th for Driving Under Suspension. Bond was set at $300.
Lee Alfred Miles, 49, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on February 10th for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $5,000.
Denis M Ramos Chicas, 39, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on February 15th for OWI 1st Offense and Contraband Within a Correctional Facility. Bond was set at $6,000.
