Pottawattamie Supervisors Approve Letter of Intent for Minden Property Tax Abatement

(Pottawattamie Co.) The Pottawattamie County Board of Supervisors approved a letter of intent regarding a parcel of property in Minden.

Attorney Kristen Bracker explains…

Bracker said Minden is asking that the county abate the taxes on the parcel. The Supervisors approved a motion for the Board Chair to sign a letter of intent to abate the taxes once the ownership has changed to the City of Minden.

The Supervisors then approved signing a subordination agreement for a property at 744 Mynster in Council Bluffs.
