(Cass Co. ) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Will Garvey Brickner, 26, of Evanston, Illinois, on Sunday for OWI 1st Offense, Possession of Marijuana 1st, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Brickner was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on bond.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested Kyle Christian Jorgensen, 35, of Anita, on January 25th for OWI 2nd Offense. Jorgensen was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
