(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
John Mark Topham, 31, of Griswold, was arrested on December 4th on a Cass County Sheriff’s Office warrant for two counts of Nuisance – Obstructing Land Passage. Topham was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on bond.
Logan James McNeil, 20, of Harlan, was arrested on December 5th on the charge of Disorderly Conduct-Fight/Violent. McNeil was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was book and later released on bond.
Elias Isaac Beasley, 21, of Harlan, was arrested on December 8th for OWI-1st Offense. Beasley was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
