(Atlantic) Cass Health invites women of all ages to attend “Glow & Grow: A Women’s Health Retreat” at Bluebird Hill in Atlantic, September 2-4, 2025.
Following the success of last year’s event, Glow & Grow returns with a refreshed format designed to be more flexible, interactive, and personal.
Ann McCurdy, Director of Marketing and Communications at Cass Health, says they had an excellent response last year. She says they wanted to build on that and keep things fresh for our attendees, so they have made a few changes to the “Glow & Grow” for 2025.
McCurdy says there will be three different sessions each night with varying offerings during those times. She said it is a true adventure pack for the evening.
Event Lineup
*Tuesday, September 2: meal planning, Jazzercise sample classes, breastfeeding, pre and postpartum exercise, contraceptive choices, cancer prevention, and weight loss.
*Wednesday, September 3: heart health, sample classes from the YMCA, meal planning, pelvic floor mythbusters, cancer prevention, brain health, plus panels on hysterectomies and sexual health.
*Thursday, September 4: anxiety, breast screenings, gut health, cancer prevention, positivity and aging, pelvic floor mythbusters, weight loss, strength, and a sexual health panel.
*Registration for each evening is $20 and available online at casshealth.org/glowandgrow or in person at the Cass Health Gift Shop. A multi-day registration for all three nights is available at the discounted rate of $50.
