(Red Oak) Red Oak Police report the arrest of 42-year-old Miguel Angel Lopez in the 300 block of W. 2nd Street on the charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and extortion. Miguel was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he is being held on a $5,000 bond.
