(Osceola) A Missouri man wanted for homicide died by suicide during a traffic stop in southern Iowa early Monday. The Iowa State Patrol says 45-year-old Chad Kelly was traveling on I-35 through Clarke County when officers attempted to stop him around 1 a.m. After his vehicle was disabled using Stop Sticks, officers found him dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. According to Trenton, Missouri police, Kelly was wanted for allegedly killing 46-year-old David Willey over the weekend. The investigation remains ongoing.
