(Harlan) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from the public. This week, the county experienced another incident of illegal tire dumping at the intersection of M16 and 850th Street. Authorities are encouraging anyone with information that could result in an arrest or conviction of those responsible to come forward, as there may be a reward for such assistance.
