(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 62-year-old David Lawrence Howell early this morning in the 400 block of E. Corning Street for assault (a Simple Misdemeanor) and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver Methamphetamine (Class C Felony). Officers transported Howell to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $10,000 bond.
