(Montgomery Co) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says a juvenile at the Southwest Valley Middle School was arrested this (Tuesday) morning on a charge of Threat of Terrorism. The juvenile was taken into custody, processed at the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Center and transported to the Juvenile Detention Center in Council Bluffs.
Southwest Valley School Superintendent Chris Fenster clarified that the threat was not directed at Southwest Valley Schools, but at another entity. He said they will continue to work with Montgomery County Law Enforcement to follow their school policies.
