(Glenwood) Lewis Central placed all five scoring runners in the top ten and scored 23 points to capture the team title on Saturday at the Glenwood boy’s Cross County Invite.
For the Titans, Evan Lillie topped the large field with a time of 15:39.88; Marshall Arkfeld finished second, Kevin Coots third, Jackson Cox eighth, and Richard Selken ninth.
Red Oak finished second with 79 points. Emmanuel Grass led the Tigers with a seventh-place finish, Hayden Heitbrink was tenth, Osiel Pedersen was 15th, Bryce Williams was 16th, and Pace Chaillie was 31st.
Harlan finished fourth with 143 points. Erik Heslink led the Cyclones in 11th, Jeffrey Gross in 21st, Elijah Cox in 29th, Nathan Sandquist in 37th, and Kobe Kimmen in 55th.
Atlantic finished seventh in the 12-team field with 179 points. Luke Irlimeier, 17th, Vincent Meisinger, 19th, Xander Cook, 36th, Caleb Andersen, 57th, and Hadin Thompson, 58th.
