(Creston, IA) – Southwestern Community College has added a four-time all-state high school pitcher Rileigh Allgood of Lisbon.
Rileigh Allgood has been one of the top softball pitchers in the state of Iowa. Just throughout her career, she has 817 strikeouts with an ERA of 2.00 and an overall record of 97-18. She was named first-team all-conference every year from ninth to 12th grade. She was named MVP of ninth and 10th grades and was first-team all-district from 10th through 12th grades. Lisbon had relied on her through their 2020-2023 softball state tournaments.
Spartans Head Softball Coach Danny Jensen stated, “Rileigh is a hard-throwing left-handed pitcher. She will be a force on the mound and will help us in the outfield as well.”
Allgood is a May 2023 graduate of Lisbon High School and the daughter of Crystal and Jerry Humphrey.
