(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 26-year-old Devon Lee Smith, of Red Oak, Thursday afternoon on the charge of Assault with the Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse. Smith was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $2,000 bond.
