(Des Moines) Law enforcement is investigating after finding a body around the south bank of the Des Moines River. The body was discovered East of E 14th Street on Sunday around 10:30 a.m. At the scene, police say there were no apparent signs of criminal activity. Detectives are also working with Polk County medical examiners.
