Adair County Arrest Report

(Adair Co) Three people were arrested for Operating While Intoxicated in Adair County.

The Adair Police Department arrested 27-year-old Aurelio Shawn Sempek, of Johnston, on October 28^th for OWI 1^st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1^st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Sempek was held on $2,300 cash or surety bond.

The Iowa State Patrol cited and released 49-year-old Billy Gene Hart, of Urbandale, on October 28^th for OWI 1^st Offense.

The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old Moises Plaza, of Des Moines, on October 23^rd for OWI 3^rd Offense and Driving While Barred. Bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety.

In other activity, the Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Joseph Daniel-Lee Dalton Bond, of Orient, on October 24^th on a Polk County warrant for the charge of Domestic Abuse Assault Impeding Flow of Air/Blood. Bond was held in Adair County awaiting transported to Polk County.

The Sheriff’s Office arrested 20-year-old Cory Daniel Hansen, of Adair, on October 27^th on a Dallas County warrant for Assault and Criminal Mischief 1^st Degree. Hansen was transported to the Waukee Police Department.
