(Council Bluffs) The Council Bluffs Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a missing teenager from the Kansas City, Missouri, area.
Authorities are asking for the public’s help locating 16-year-old Ciara Boyd, a 16-year-old white female, 5’4, 135 pounds. She was last seen on October 11, on South 6th Street and 6th Avenue in Council Bluffs. Investigators believe she may be in the area of South 24th Street and Interstate 80 in Council Bluffs, to the area of the American Inn and the Sapp Brothers Travel Center.
