(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 47-year-old Lori Lynn Gilleland of Elliott on Tuesday in the 1600 block of North Broadway. Police transported her to the Montgomery County Jail for a charge of 5th-degree theft. Authorities held Gilleland on a $300 cash bond.
